The Russians from 9 Pandas will not attend the upcoming Major in Copenhagen, due to travel issues. In a statement today, the tournament organizers explain that the CIS team have failed to bring all five players to Denmark before the deadline.

The team to replace Denis “seized” Kostin and company will be GamerLegion, since they finished second in the European last-chance qualifier.

GamerLegion replacing 9 Pandas won’t change anything in the seeding for the opening stage, why the schedule stay the same. The first stage of the Copenhagen Major will start tomorrow and is set to present no less than 16 Bo1 matchups.

GamerLegion kicks off their campaign against AMKAL at 15:00 (CET).
