G2 cruises through at BLAST.tv Paris Major RMR
G2 extends their winning streak to 14.
G2 secures themselves the perfect start on their BLAST.tv Paris Major Europe RMR Closed Qualifier run. The mixed European team took down PGE Turow in their first match and LDLC in their second. LDLC took down the mighty Astralis just hours before.
Starting off on Nuke, G2 dominated the French team where the former G2 legend is to be found in the active lineup, François "AMANEK" Delaunay. Eleven rounds in and G2 was already in front with 10-1 on the favored CT side. With NiKo playing well and HooXi having a great game, LDLC stood no chance against the IEM Katowice 2023 Champions. Despite LDLC winning the first three rounds in the second half, G2 closed out the game 16-5.
G2 is now 2-0 in the Swiss round and will play their next match in the qualifier tomorrow.
